World champions USA have continued their post-FIFA Women’s World Cup™ goalscoring form with a confident 5-0 win over Haiti in Detroit.

In their third match since being crowned at Canada 2015, USA started brightly racing to a 3-0 advantage by half-time in front a stadium record 34,538 spectators.
In-form midfielder Carli Lloyd led the way bagging her second international hat-trick of the year, with her first memorably coming in that 5-2 Women’s World Cup Final win over Japan in Vancouver.

Lloyd completed her treble midway through the second half, before Dunn finally got her reward during added time by scoring her maiden senior international goal.
USA will meet Haiti in a second match on Sunday in Birmingham, before welcoming Brazil for a two-match series next month.
