Swansea welcome West Brom to the Liberty Stadium
Swansea City will be looking to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season when they play host to West Bromwich Albion.
Garry Monk’s side are one of just four to have taken maximum points from their opening two fixtures – with the others being Manchester City, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
Manchester United and Burnley have already been edged out, while Rotherham United were overcome in Capital One Cup competition in midweek to keep the momentum building.
Ensuring that the Liberty Stadium becomes a fortress will be crucial from this point on, with Swansea having built their success in recent years on a formidable home record.
West Brom will, however, take heart from the fact that they prevailed 2-1 on their last visit to South Wales in March.
They are also among the group of clubs yet to taste defeat this season, with a steady yet unspectacular start made by Alan Irvine’s troops.
They have collected a point apiece from their two games so far against Sunderland and Southampton.

Swansea are still without knee victims Marvin Emnes and Leon Britton, the veteran midfielder having suffered a further fitness blow this week when told he would need a scan in three weeks' time before he could get the all-clear to play again.
West Brom will be without three of their new signings, with Joleon Lescott, Georgios Samaras and Silvestre Varela set to be given until after the international break to work on their fitness.
Gareth McAuley and James Morrison could make their first Premier League appearances of the season, though, after returning to action in a midweek Capital One Cup penalty shoot-out victory over Oxford.
Cristian Gamboa stepped off the bench to make his debut in that contest, but Victor Anichebe missed out and will be handed a late fitness test ahead of the weekend after picking up a knock at Southampton.

The Man United game was a free swing for Swansea because nobody expected them to win, but they were expected to beat Burnley last week and they did so. They have started well, but so have West Brom who were unlucky not to beat Sunderland and were comfortable away at Southampton last week. I think they have started half decent and I think they can go to Wales and get a result. I’ll go for a draw.
