Gladbach end Bayern run, Mainz hold Wolfsburg
Bayern Munich's six-match winning run in the German Bundesliga came to an abrupt end as Raffael scored twice to earn Borussia Monchengladbach a 2-0 win at the Allianz Arena.
The league leaders fell behind in the 30th minute and found themselves two down in the 77th minute as the visitors strengthened their UEFA Champions League ambitions. The win moved Gladbach up to third place, two points ahead of Bayer Leverkusen and eight clear of Schalke in fifth.
Bayern saw their lead at the top cut to ten points by Wolfsburg, who had to settle for a 1-1 draw at Mainz. Niko Bungert gave the hosts an early lead, with Luiz Gustavo bringing the Wolves level in the 61st minute.
