New Barcelona signings Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal will not be loaned to other clubs even though neither player will be able to play an official game for the Catalan giants until next year.

Vidal and Turan joined Barca from Sevilla and Atletico Madrid, respectively, this summer but the European champions are unable to field any new players until January 2016. That is when the club's transfer ban, imposed by FIFA for breaching rules regarding the signing of under-age players, comes to an end.

Reports in the media have suggested Barca are considering sending the two players out on loan until then, but coach Luis Enrique insists that will not be the case. He said to the Spanish press: "We have not considered nor will we be thinking about sending Turan or Vidal out on loan.

"We would like them to train with us in order for them to get to know the team mechanism. We have great hope placed in them. The fact that they cannot play until January is a disadvantage but what I want is for them to be with us until then."

Barca, who are coming off a La Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League treble-winning campaign, are currently in Los Angeles for their ten-day tour of USA. The Blaugrana take on Europa League winners Sevilla in the UEFA Super Cup final in Tbilisi, Georgia, on 11 August.

Luis Enrique's side will then face Athletic Bilbao in the two-legged final of the Spanish Super Cup before beginning their Spanish title defence at Athletic on 22 August.
