Sevilla's Rami out for six weeks

Sevilla will be without French defender Adil Rami for the start of their UEFA Champions League campaign after he was ruled out for up to six weeks with a groin injury.
"Adil Rami suffered a tear in his left adductor muscle in training yesterday," Sevilla said in a statement on their website on Wednesday. "The injury will keep the player off the field for approximately six weeks, according to the Sevilla medical team."
The 29-year-old has made three appearances for the Andalusians after joining from AC Milan during the transfer window.
Rami will miss Sevilla's opening Group D matches at home to Borussia Monchengladbach and away to Juventus, as well as Barcelona's visit to the Sanchez Pizjuan in La Liga early next month.
However, he could return in time to face Manchester City at the Etihad stadium on 21 October.
