The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) wishes to invite tenderers to submit proposals for the FIFA Public Food & Beverage Concession operations for the following FIFA events:
  • 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™
  • FIFA Confederations Cup Russia 2017
The FIFA Public Food & Beverage Concessionaire Programme is the programme which FIFA will oversee to cater for the general stadium ticket holders for both tournaments.
Across both events, an estimated 3.7 million general public ticket holders are expected to attend matches at the 12 FIFA World Cup and four FIFA Confederation Cup stadiums, and the Public Food & Beverage Concessionaire Programme will play a major role in their match-day experience. The Programme will also provide temporary jobs for thousands of local Russian workers in the eleven Host Cities.
The Tender Process is divided into two phases:
  • Phase 1: FIFA invites companies to respond to the invitation to tender by providing the information and documentation requested in Section 5 of the document. On the basis of this information, FIFA intends to evaluate the suitability of interested parties and intends to determine which parties will be eligible to receive the full Tender document and participate in Phase 2.
  • Phase 2: Following the evaluation of the information returned by interested parties in Phase 1, FIFA will ask the selected parties to sign a confidentiality agreement and will then send such parties the full Tender document in order to participate in Phase 2. Phase 2 of the Tender sets out the detailed requirements and the terms and conditions for the FIFA Public Food & Beverage Concessionaire Programme.
In order to be considered eligible to receive the Tender documents constituting Phase 2 of the Tender, interested parties are invited to provide FIFA with the required documentation and responses to the questions specified in the Phase I document which is available in English and Russian and can be downloaded here.
Applications shall be in English only and can be submitted as from today, 8 February 2016. The deadline for completion of Phase 1 of the Tender is 29 February 2016 at 18h00 CET.
