Just like every Sunday, we whet your appetite with a preview of what you will be able to enjoy on FIFA.com in the coming days.

The FIFA World Cup™ is never far from mind at FIFA.com. Fresh off a week of dedicated coverage of AFC, CONCACAF and CONMEBOL qualifying, we will be bringing you several exclusive interviews with figures who feature in the history books of the global showpiece, such as former USA goalkeeper Tony Meola and another legendary shot-stopper, the Cameroonian Thomas Nkono.

We also caught up with German coach Uli Stielike, who has guided Korea Republic into the third round of Asian qualifying for Russia 2018, and who took part in the 1982 World Cup in his playing days.

The Colombian hot-shot Carlos Bacca, who was part of the squad that sparkled at Brazil 2014 and made his mark in the recent South American qualifiers, also sat down for a chat with FIFA.com.

Meanwhile, David Villa, a world champion with Spain in 2010, was in New York for the Grand Final of the FIFA Interactive World Cup (FIWC) 2016. Naturally, we did not pass up the chance to talk to him.

We also made our way to the latest France training camp in Clairefontaine to talk to Hugo Lloris, the captain of the Les Bleus team who are gearing up for UEFA EURO 2016 on home soil.

On the club stage, the battle for continental supremacy will be resuming this week in all four corners of the earth. We will keep you posted on all the developments in these competitions, the winners of which will be taking part in the FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2016.

Last but by no means least, you can also check out all the latest news on FIFA Tournaments, plus regular features such as our monthly women's round-up, our statistical review, the quotes of the week and the best photos and videos.

Have a great week on FIFA.com.
