The FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2016 is about to get underway, and we are pretty sure you will not want to miss this unique opportunity to go to some of the matches and watch the action unfold.
Not surprisingly, the last FIFA tournament of the year is generating huge expectation. If you are lucky enough to have tickets to the games, then we can put you in the picture with regards to some of the precautions and regulations you will need to bear in mind at the stadiums.
Here are a few recommendations and rules you will need to follow in and around the stadiums to make sure your stay in Japan is an enjoyable one.
· Arrive in plenty of time: All spectators will have to undergo a security check, which can take several minutes.
· No bags: If you are heading to the match straight from the airport or station, then you will need to drop your bags off somewhere beforehand. Bags and bulky items that may be a hindrance to others are not allowed in stadiums.
· Drinks: Cans and glass and plastic bottles cannot be taken into stadiums. If you want to go in with a drink, please pour it into one of the paper cups available at the entrance gates.
· No re-entry: Please make sure you have everything you need with you before you enter the stadium. If you go out again, you will not be allowed back in.
Find out more information on these and other guidelines on conduct at the stadiums here.
Read them carefully, stick to them, and enjoy watching your team in Japan.
