Norwich sign Belgium midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from Club Brugge

Norwich City have signed Belgium international midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from Club Brugge on a three-year deal.

The 25-year-old, who has won five caps for his country, joins for an undisclosed fee with the option of a further 12 months.

Odjidja-Ofoe played 30 times for his club last season and had made three substitute appearances in the new campaign.

Canaries manager Neil Adams told the club's official website: "He's a player we've tracked all summer with a view to signing, particularly if we lost one or two of our players in the transfer window.

"I'm absolutely delighted we've signed him. He's a versatile and very attack-minded midfielder who can play in a number of positions."

Adams confirmed Odjidja-Ofoe and Connor McGrandles, who joined the club from Falkirk on Wednesday, will not be in contention for Saturday's Championship home game with Bournemouth as they are yet to receive international clearance.

They should be free to make their debuts for the club after the international break.
