Bolton v Wigan team news
Bolton are without the suspended Darren Pratley and will assess fellow midfielder Mark Davies ahead of Friday night's Sky Bet Championship clash with Wigan at the Macron Stadium.
Pratley picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in a spat with Cardiff's Ravel Morrison on Tuesday night and will serve a one-game ban.
Davies came off early in the second half of the 3-0 win with blurred vision, which will be monitored prior to kick-off, but captain Jay Spearing's minor hamstring ailment should not cause him to miss out.
Full-back Kevin McNaughton and fellow Cardiff loanee Joe Mason are both eligible again, the former having overcome a groin problem, but goalkeeper Adam Bogdan (fingers) and defender David Wheater (back) are unlikely to return until after the international break.
Wigan are expected to have striker Marc-Antoine Fortune back in attack for an encounter which boss Uwe Rosler expects to be physical.
Central defender Leon Barnett is back from suspension and his is a timely return, with both Ivan Ramis (hamstring) and Emmerson Boyce (ankle) unlikely to be back until after the international break.
Summer signing Andy Delort will miss out with a back injury while midfield pair Ben Watson (broken leg) and Chris McCann (knee) will play limited roles at most following their long-term problems.
Rosler has also suggested he must make changes again as his side face a third fixture in the past seven days.
