46 European teams battled for a place at the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™, with only eight spots from UEFA up for grabs leading to tight competition across the Old Continent.
During the 228 Women's World Cup qualifiers played in Europe, the 46 teams scored a staggering 965 goals for an average of 4.23 strikes per game. After the dust settled, England, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland booked their trip to Canada 2015.
