Join FIFA.com as we prepare to celebrate another fabulous year of the beautiful game with the FIFA Ballon d'Or Gala 2015 and you can keep up with all the glamour as the stars of the football universe come out to sparkle.

Exclusive access, video streaming, behind-the-scenes photos and live blog will be brought to you directly throughout the day on the web and mobile on FIFA.com, the FIFA App, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and FIFA TV on YouTube.

The awards will be presented on Monday 11 January 2016 in Zurich’s Kongresshaus, but before that there are some key dates for your diaries.

The long lists for the Women's World Player of the Year (10) and Women's World Coach of the Year (10) will be revealed on Monday 19 October. The long lists for the FIFA Ballon d'Or (23) and the Men's World Coach of the Year (10) will be revealed on Tuesday 20 October. On Monday 30 November, those lists will be whittled down to three.

Moving on to 26 November, the 55 players nominated for the FIFA FIFPro World XI will be announced position-by-position: Goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards. As a FIFA.com user, you will have the chance to try and predict the FIFA FIFPro World XI and win prizes in the process.

A shortlist of the top ten goals of the year also will be drawn up by a panel of experts and members of the Football Committee. FIFA.com users will then vote for their favourite goal on this list and a shortlist of three will be presented on 30 November.

The focus then shifts to 11 January when the eight awards: the FIFA Ballon d’Or (Cristiano Ronaldo won in 2014), the FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year (currently held by Nadine Kessler), the FIFA Men’s Football Coach of the Year (Joachim Loew claimed the prize last year), the FIFA Women’s Football Coach of the Year (which Ralf Kellermann received in 2014), plus the FIFA Presidential Award, the FIFA Fair Play Award, the FIFA Puskas Award and the FIFA FIFPro World XI will be presented.

Who will this year's award winners be? Will Cristiano Ronaldo be able to win the FIFA Ballon d'Or for a third time in a row? Who will succeed Nadine Kessler as the FIFA Women's World Player of the Year? All of the answers will be revealed on this enthralling night in Zurich.
